Refund policy

Try the free taster first - that is what it is for. If you subscribe and it turns out not to be for you, here is how refunds work.

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

Your 14-day right to cancel

When you buy online in Ireland you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that starts straight away, that right ends once access begins, but only if you agree to it first.

So at checkout we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want paid access to start immediately and that you understand you will lose the 14-day right to cancel once it does. Your payment confirmation email repeats that. If you would rather not tick it, you can keep using the free taster instead.

Cancelling renewals

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Renewals stop and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation form

Where you do have a right to cancel, you can tell us by email using the wording below, or in any other clear statement.

To PublicServicePathway, hello@publicservicepathway.ie: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content or service: [plan]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Email on the account: [email]. Date: [date].

HEO 2026 named-format remedy

If official familiarisation material confirms an assessment type for HEO 2026 and Premium does not provide practice for that confirmed type in Irish format by the assessment window, a Premium subscriber may request a refund of the Premium monthly payment covering that assessment window. This exception can apply after 14 days. It is a product-coverage promise, not a score, pass, ranking, or outcome guarantee.

How to ask

Email hello@publicservicepathway.ie from the address on your account, say you want a refund, and we will sort it within a few working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe.
