What the service is

PublicServicePathway provides practice material for Irish public-service assessments: timed numerical and verbal reasoning, ranked-answer situational judgement tests, interview drills and role-specific mock interviews mapped to the interview model you select and the job material you provide. It is a study aid. It is not the real assessment or interview.

Independence

PublicServicePathway is an independent practice resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to publicjobs.ie or the Public Appointments Service. Nothing here is official material and nothing here comes from the real assessments.

Your account

One account is for one person. Don't share your login.
Don't scrape, bulk-copy, republish or resell the question bank. The questions are original work and copying them is the one thing that would kill this service for everyone.
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, share logins, or attempt to copy the bank. Where practical we will warn you first.
Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Current public options are Prep at €19 per month, Premium at €39 per month, and a one-off Premium pass covering 90 days at €89. The pass does not renew. Existing annual subscriptions continue on the price and renewal terms confirmed at their checkout until cancelled. All payments are billed through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account page - no email required, no phone call.
When you cancel, your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not claw back time you paid for.
Prices may change; if they do, existing subscribers are told in advance and any change applies from the next renewal, never mid-period.

Invited research access

Research invitations provide Premium access for the stated period without a card, payment or automatic renewal.
Each invitation is for one person and can be claimed once. Invitation links may have a redemption limit or claim deadline and may close when that limit is reached.
Research access ends automatically. It does not create a paid subscription, and there is nothing to cancel.

Refunds

See the refund policy. Short version: full refund within 14 days if you have not substantially used the paid bank.

No guarantee of results

Practice makes the format familiar; it cannot make the outcome certain. We do not guarantee that using this service will get you a pass, a place on a panel, or a job. Our questions are original practice material built to match the public format and timing of the assessments. They are not real exam papers and no one here has access to real exam papers.

Mock-interview questions and follow-ups are original practice material generated from the public job or competition information you provide. They are not leaked or official interview questions. AI-generated plans and feedback can miss context or make mistakes; any practice-readiness index is not an official panel score, does not predict whether you will pass, and should be checked against the competition booklet.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service up, especially around live competition windows, but we cannot promise zero downtime. To the extent Irish law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU you also keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
