Can I change or cancel a monthly plan?
Monthly plans can be managed from billing. An upgrade is charged pro rata, while a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so existing access continues for the period already paid.
When can a refund apply?
Refunds follow the written refund policy. A named-format remedy applies only where a campaign states it and its conditions are met. It is not a result guarantee. Read the refund policy.
